Location

Our bright, new clinic is conveniently located at the Southbury Plaza right off I-84 (Exit 15). We are in the same building as Panera Bread, right above the Webster Bank in Suite 205 of the Professional Building at the west end of the plaza. There is parking on all sides of the building but we recommend parking on the side facing Main St as these spots are closest to the building and do not have curbs to navigate. Proceed to the second floor, using the elevator if needed, then follow the signage to our clinic. Restrooms are located in the hall across from the clinic entrance on the second floor.
