how can i make an appointment?

The easiest way to make or change an appointment is online. Scheduling will be available online, 24/7 and by phone during business hours. A link for online scheduling will be added to the top of our website when scheduling goes live.

Where are you located?

Once construction is completed, the clinic can be found at the Southbury Plaza located at 100 Main St. North in Southbury, CT. Our bright, new clinic will be on the second floor of the Professional Building in Suite 205, right above Webster Bank. There is parking on all sides of the building with entrances at the front and rear of the building. There is an elevator available, if needed, to take you to the second floor.
